4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at info@kovng.com with photos of the issue. We will instantly evaluate the issue and make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a complete refund.

5. Refund Processing Time
