1. Shipping Cost & Currency

We believe in upfront pricing with absolutely no hidden fees. We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across our store. All prices and transactions on our website are processed in United States Dollars (USD).

2. Transit, Handling & Order Cut-Off Time

We work efficiently to get your products delivered as quickly as possible. Please note our standard fulfillment and shipping timelines below:

Order Handling Time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders are processed, packed, and dispatched from our warehouse during this window.
Transit Time: 7 to 13 business days (Monday to Friday). This is the time it takes for your package to travel from our shipping facility to your destination address in the United States.
Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (EST - Eastern Standard Time), Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will begin processing on the following business day.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your unique tracking number(s). The tracking link will become active within 24–48 hours, allowing you to monitor your package's journey securely in real-time.

4. Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. KOVNG is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages resulting from incorrect address details provided by the buyer. Currently, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses to guarantee secure, signed delivery.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, or if it has exceeded our maximum estimated delivery window without arriving, please contact our dedicated support team immediately at info@kovng.com. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a free replacement or full refund.
